Refund & Cancellation Policy

Training and Enrollment Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed based on the course or programme stage, seat allocation, payment method, and whether delivery has already started.

Administrative, payment gateway, and consumed-service deductions may apply where relevant. Once substantial delivery or seat utilization has begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

All approved refunds are paid after deducting admin charges and processing fee, currently 5% of the refund amount. Refunds are issued in the currency in which the payment was made. This deduction does not apply to the TechLaunch 30 performance scholarship described below.

TechLaunch 30: Performance Scholarship

The 50% fee return offered with the TechLaunch 30 bootcamp is a performance scholarship (an incentive for strong results), not a standard refund or cancellation refund.

Participants who clear the final assessment with a score above 75% receive 50% of the program fee paid back as a scholarship, subject to assessment verification and the terms on this page.

The 5% admin charges and processing fee that apply to standard refunds do not apply to the performance scholarship.

The scholarship depends only on assessment performance. It is not a job guarantee or a placement guarantee. To claim it, contact training@nahada.com after your assessment result is confirmed.

Project, Product, and Service Cancellations

For software, consulting, automation, or implementation services, cancellation and refund treatment depends on the signed scope, committed effort, procurement stages, and work already completed.

Digital products, implementation packs, and downloadable assets are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling and Exceptions

Where practical, we prefer rescheduling, credit transfer, or delivery adjustment instead of outright cancellation, especially for training and service engagements.

Exceptional cases may be considered when disruption is caused by operational changes, unavailability from our side, or payment errors.
